Investment Process

How does the investment process work?
Our process begins with selecting opportunities based on predefined criteria, followed by due diligence, acquisition, optimization, and value delivery to investors.
Do I receive dividends?
Our aim is to provide returns through dividends, reflecting the success of our investments. While dividends depend on the performance of the portfolio and are not guaranteed, we prioritize sustainable growth to maximize potential returns.
Do I get real shares?
Shares are issued as digital tokens, fully recognized as real shares under Swiss law. Compared to traditional shares, tokens allow for a faster, more efficient, and entirely digital process for buying and selling, streamlining transactions for investors.
How can I sell my shares?
Shares can be sold anytime to other investors (if there is an investor willing to buy) or, with our approval, to third parties. In addition, Swisscore may offer a buyback option, providing added flexibility. The availability and terms of the buyback are tailored to each project, so we encourage you to review the specific details of each project.

Digital Shares „Tokens“

Why digital shares?
Digital shares simplify the entire process, making transactions faster and eliminating the need for paperwork. Compared to traditional methods, buying shares from a Swiss non-public company would be significantly more complex and time-consuming. Tokenized shares offer a modern, efficient alternative.
What do I need to buy digital shares?
An Ethereum wallet is sufficient to receive share tokens when purchasing via bank transfer. For the best experience, we recommend using the Aktionariat Portfolio Wallet (available on iOS and Android), specifically designed to interact with the Aktionariat Brokerbot. This wallet also allows for integration with MetaMask or any WalletConnect-compatible app. If paying with Ether (ETH) or Cryptofrancs (XCHF), the required amount must be available in the wallet, and Ether can be purchased directly through the Aktionariat Portfolio Wallet via bank transfer.
Is investing anonymous or is an investor's identity made public in any way?
No, your personal data, such as name, address, and email address, is not published or stored on the blockchain. To be entered in the company’s share register, you must register with your name and address. The Ethereum blockchain only stores your Ethereum address, which is publicly viewable, but it remains unlinked to any personal information.
Where is all the data hosted?
All data is securely hosted in Switzerland, ensuring compliance with strict Swiss data protection and privacy standards.
What happens if I lose my wallet or my tokens are stolen?
Your tokens are not lost if you lose your wallet. All investor data is securely registered in Switzerland, allowing us to reissue your tokens if needed. In case of theft, stolen tokens hold no value, as every transaction is thoroughly verified and approved by us, ensuring your investment remains secure.
